The company’s high-grade alcohol ether and pharmaceutical intermediate project, with a total investment of 400 million yuan, is progressing smoothly. It adopts domestically advanced microchannel tubular reactor technology and extractive distillation technology for hard-to-separate systems. The alcohol ether production line has been officially put into operation. Its core monoether products can substitute imports, effectively reducing reliance on foreign equivalents and filling the regional gap in the production of high-end alcohol ethers.

“In the first quarter of this year, we maintained full production and full sales. Our five production lines operated at full load, delivering an output of approximately 4,000 tons and an output value of 50 million yuan," said Cao Huiqing, the Company’s Technical Director. The enterprise specializes in the R&D of green solvents of high-grade alcohol ethers and alcohol ether esters. Its core portfolio includes more than 30 types of glycol ether series products.

“In the next phase, Phase II and technical renovation projects will add polyether and acetate products, mainly applied as high-end electronic solvents for photoresists. The feasibility study report for the project has been completed. We will continue to deepen technological innovation and facilitate high-quality development of the new energy industry," Cao Huiqing stated.
